Founded in 2024, Heart to Heart Holistic Foundation supports neighbors through practical help, community gatherings, and trusted local relationships.
Why we began
Support should feel personal.
Heart to Heart was created to make help easier to reach and more respectful to receive. We bring people together around food, essential items, youth and family activities, wellness information, and neighbor-to-neighbor connection.
We are a young organization, and we are growing through the people who volunteer, share resources, open doors, and tell us what the community needs next.
